We value your time and ours. To ensure that we can provide the best possible service to all of our clients, we have implemented the following appointment policy:

Scheduling and Cancellations

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and you may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment.

This allows us to offer the time slot to another client and helps us manage our schedule efficiently.

You can easily reschedule or cancel your appointment by:

  • Calling or Texting us at 813-445-8894 (Text is better if possible)
  • Replying to your appointment confirmation email (admin@ellasalterations.com)
  • Through Social Media Messenger. 

No-Show Policy

A “no-show” is when a client misses a scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice.

While we understand that emergencies happen, repeated no-shows unfortunately disrupt our schedule and impact our ability to serve other clients effectively.

Therefore, we have implemented the following no-show policy:

  • First No-Show: We will make a note of the missed appointment and send you a friendly reminder about our policy.
  • Second No-Show: We will send you another reminder about our policy and emphasize the importance of providing timely notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Third No-Show: If you miss a third appointment without contacting us, a non-refundable $20 deposit will be required to secure any future appointments. This deposit will be applied to the cost of your project upon arrival for your scheduled service.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this policy.

It allows us to continue offering high-quality services and maintain a reliable schedule for all of our valued clients.
