Tampa has as Renaissance Festival Every Year. This Renaissance costume is one of my newest projects. My customer brought me a pattern with all the materials that we need for the project and made a top and skirt for her dance.

In the Alterations business we tend to do a lot of Alterations on existing clothes. It is a nice change to be able to create something from scratch and create new clothes.

When I first started alterations in the Philippines, most clothing was done from measurements and material. We did not have many bought clothes to alter. School uniforms were a big part of this process.

Wedding dresses and Prom Dresses, as well as school events were also made from scratch, no patterns, just measure the customer and make the design they desire.

I have over 20 years’ experience fixing and repairing formal clothes, both in the Philippines and the US.

I have over 30 years’ experience creating and altering all types of clothes, from simple hemming to very elaborate beading and repair of dresses, pants, shirts, suits, patches and many other items.
